Kenny Brogan, Beloved Husband and Devoted Father, Passes Away in Ballymoney, UK

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kenny Brogan, who peacefully left us on March 2nd, 2026, at his home located at 14 Mountview Drive, Ballybogey. Kenny was a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew him. His gentle presence and unwavering love will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Kenny was the dearly loved husband of Jane, and together they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and mutual support. He was a proud and devoted father to Sam and Andrew, whose lives were enriched by his guidance, care, and encouragement. Kenny’s role as a father-in-law to Charlotte was also cherished, and he took great pride in his family’s happiness and well-being. As the son of Rosie and the late Sammy, Kenny’s family was central to his life, and he was a caring brother to Uel, Stephen, Barry, and Lisa. His family extended to brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, and nieces, all of whom remember him as a kind and generous presence.
A Service of Thanksgiving will be held on Thursday at 2.30 pm in Dunluce Presbyterian Church, Bushmills, BT57 8AT. The service will be a heartfelt tribute to Kenny’s life, celebrating his legacy and the impact he had on those around him. Following the service, there will be a burial in the adjoining graveyard. The family welcomes callers to pay their respects on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 pm to 5 pm and again from 7 pm to 9 pm, offering an opportunity for friends and loved ones to share their memories and say goodbye.
In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted to Marie Curie, a charity close to Kenny’s heart, supporting those facing terminal illness with compassion and dignity. The family kindly requests that donations in memory of Kenny continue to be accepted for eight weeks following the funeral, allowing friends and supporters to honor his memory through their generosity.
